A COOL UNSTABLE AIR MASS SITS OVER THE REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT. UPPER
LOW OVER WASHINGTON WILL DRIFT SOUTH OVER CENTRAL OREGON TODAY...AND INTO
NORTHEAST CALIFORNIA ON THURSDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL INCREASING TODAY
AS THE LOW PASSES. INSTABILITY ENOUGH TO POP AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM
AFTER 1 PM TODAY.

SHOWERS WILL DECREASE SOMEWHAT TONIGHT AS THE LOW MOVES INTO NORTHERN
CALIFORNIA. AFTER MORNING CLOUDS...LOOKS LIKE DRY AND STABLE WEATHER
FOR THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
