THERE WAS NO RAIN IN THE BASINS DURING THE PAST 24 HOURS.

A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT WILL SAG SOUTH AND BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY NEAR
THE MASON DIXON LINE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. THE FRONT WILL BE THE FOCUS
FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

DAY ONE QPF ZERO IN THE EASTERN AND FAR SOUTHERN BASINS INCREASING TO TWO
TENTHS OF AN INCH IN THE NEW YORK PORTION OF THE CHEMUNG BASIN. DAY TWO
IS ZERO TO A TENTH IN THE UPPER NORTHERN/SOUTHERN BASINS INCREASING TO
A THIRD TO HALF AN INCH NORTH AND SOUTH OF THE MASON DIXON. DAY THREE IS
ZERO IN THE UPPER NORTHERN BASINS AND A QUARTER OF AN INCH OR LESS
ELSEWHERE.

MINOR CHANGES IN STAGE WILL BE THE NORM FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
