THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING...ISOLATED...NON-SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE PRIMARILY EAST OF A LINE FROM NELSON TO
OSCEOLA NEBRASKA...AND ALSO WITHIN JEWELL AND MITCHELL COUNTIES IN
KANSAS.

LATER THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT...REDEVELOPMENT OF THUNDERSTORMS
IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR ACROSS MUCH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA ALONG AND
NEAR AN INVADING COLD FRONT. THERE ARE STILL UNCERTAINTIES
REGARDING EXACTLY WHEN...AND WHERE...THE INITIAL THUNDERSTORMS
WILL FORM...AND HOW WIDESPREAD THEY MIGHT BECOME. HOWEVER...THE
INITIAL DEVELOPMENT IS LIKELY TO OCCUR WITHIN A BROKEN LINE
ORIENTED FROM SOUTHWEST-TO-NORTHEAST NEAR THE FRONT. ALTHOUGH
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED...AT LEAST A FEW
STRONG TO MARGINALLY SEVERE STORMS APPEAR POSSIBLE ALMOST ANYWHERE
IN THE OUTLOOK AREA...ESPECIALLY BETWEEN 4 PM AND MIDNIGHT.
HOWEVER...SOME STRONG STORMS COULD LINGER LATER INTO THE NIGHT AS
WELL. WITH ANY SEVERE STORMS THAT MIGHT FORM...THE PRIMARY THREATS
WILL BE HAIL TO AROUND THE SIZE OF QUARTERS...AND WIND GUSTS TO
AROUND 60 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT...STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA. THE BEST CHANCES LOOK TO COME
DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS...MAINLY FOR AREAS ALONG AND
SOUTH OF A LINE FROM SILVER CREEK TO CAMBRIDGE NEBRASKA...AND
INCLUDING NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS. THE PRIMARY HAZARDS WILL BE HAIL
NEAR THE SIZE OF GOLF BALLS AND DAMAGING WIND GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH.

TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...THUNDERSTORM CHANCES REMAIN IN THE
FORECAST ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED ON AT LEAST AN ISOLATED
BASIS WITHIN VARIOUS PARTS OF THE OUTLOOK AREA...PRIMARILY
BETWEEN 4 PM AND MIDNIGHT.
