SUNDAY MORNING BEGAN WITH INCREASING LOW CLOUDS AND FOG MOVING
THROUGH NORTHERN  OKLAHOMA AND INTO THE CENTRAL HALF OF OKLAHOMA
BY SUNRISE. THE REST OF THE AREA HAD FAIR SKIES OVERNIGHT AND
EARLY THIS MORNING. MINIMUM TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 40S
TO THE MID 50S.

MID MORNING SKIES WERE CLOUDY IN THE NORTHERN HALF OF OKLAHOMA. THE
REST OF OKLAHOMA AND WESTER NORTH TEXAS HAD MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES.
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE LOWER 50S IN NORTHERN OKLAHOMA TO
THE MID 60S NEAR THE RED RIVER. WINDS WERE FROM THE NORTHEAST
AT 5 TO 15 MPH.
