RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO .30 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE ON THE WALDO BURN
SCAR ACROSS THE LOWER ELEVATIONS BELOW 7500 FEET...WITH SNOW FALLING
ABOVE THIS ELEVATION.  RUNOFF IN DRAINAGES...AND CREEKS WILL
