AREAS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 2 TO 3
INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN AND
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE. REPORTS OF ROAD
CLOSURES HAVE COME OUT OF LEFLORE COUNTY...WHERE THE HEAVIEST RAINS
HAVE FALLEN.

HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND
