* AT 1057 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
  HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PANAMA
  TO 2 MILES EAST OF GOWEN...MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...PANAMA...ROBBERS CAVE STATE PARK...BOKOSHE...MILTON...
  MCCURTAIN...LEQUIRE...COWLINGTON...KINTA...KEOTA...LEWISVILLE...
  KANIMA...STIGLER...WHITEFIELD...ENTERPRISE AND TAMAHA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS
AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
