* AT 749 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
  HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM MESSER TO 10 MILES SOUTH OF
  UNGER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE...APPLE...GAY...GOODLAND...HUGO...HUGO LAKE STATE PARK...
  GRANT...FALLON...SAWYER...ORD...FORT TOWSON...RAYMOND GARY STATE
  PARK...HUSKEY...SWINK AND FROGVILLE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS
AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
