GUSTY SOUTH WINDS OF AROUND 25 MPH WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA. WIND SPEEDS WILL LESSEN AROUND SUNSET.

TUESDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL...HIGH WIND POTENTIAL...HEAVY RAIN POTENTIAL.
WEDNESDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL...HIGH WIND POTENTIAL.
THURSDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.
FRIDAY...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.
SATURDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
AN UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN WILL BRING SEVERAL ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS
TO EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN ARKANSAS THIS WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND.
THE BEST CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY
AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST UNITED STATES
AND INTO THE PLAINS. THERE WILL BE A SEVERE WEATHER RISK DURING THIS
TIME-FRAME...PARTICULARLY LATER IN THE WEEK AND OVER THE WEEKEND.
AT THAT TIME...THE UPPER LOW AND SURFACE FEATURES ORGANIZE AND
DRAW CLOSER TO THE PLAINS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN
THE 1 TO 4 INCH RANGE FROM TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
