TO SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA... INTO WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS. THE
PRECIPITATION WAS SHIFTING TOWARD THE WEST SOUTHWEST.

THROUGH 11 AM... LOCATIONS PRIMARILY ALONG AND SOUTH OF I 40 WILL
RECEIVE THE MOST STEADY RAINFALL. AVERAGE HOURLY RAINFALL RATES
FROM SEVERAL HUNDREDTHS TO A TENTH OF AN INCH... ARE ANTICIPATED.
