NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST AND EAST
CENTRAL OKLAHOMA INTO WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS. THE PRECIPITATION WAS
SHIFTING TOWARD THE WEST NORTHWEST.

THROUGH 9 AM... LOCATIONS PRIMARILY BETWEEN HIGHWAY 412 AND
INTERSTATE 40 WILL CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE THE MOST STEADY RAINFALL.
AVERAGE HOURLY RAINFALL RATES FROM A TENTH TO NEARLY A QUARTER OF AN
INCH... ARE ANTICIPATED.
