AT 11 AM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS AND LIGHT RAIN
ACROSS FAR EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND ALSO PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS...GENERALLY EAST OF A LINE FROM POTEAU TO TAHLEQUAH TO
SOUTH COFFEYVILLE. THE PRECIPITATION WAS SLOWLY DIMINISHING FROM
THE WEST...AND WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH NORTHEAST AROUND 30 MPH.
RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN A TENTH AND QUARTER INCH PER HOUR WILL BE
POSSIBLE.

RAIN WAS INCREASING OVER SEBASTIAN...CRAWFORD...WASHINGTON AND
FRANKLIN COUNTIES...AND IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD TO THE NORTHEAST.

ANOTHER SMALL AREA OF SCATTERED SHOWERS...AND POSSIBLY ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS...WAS DEVELOPING WEST OF BRISTOW AND SOUTH OF
STILLWATER. THIS PRECIPITATION WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AROUND 25 MPH.

THROUGH 1 PM...THE PRECIPITATION OVER FAR EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AND SHIFT TO THE NORTH
AND EAST. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE. THE AREA OF
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED TO SPREAD
FARTHER INTO CREEK AND PAWNEE COUNTIES THROUGH 1 PM.
