OKLAHOMA...SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 40. ALL THIS ACTIVITY WAS ROTATING
TOWARD THE WEST AROUND THE NORTHSIDE OF A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER
NORTHEAST TEXAS.

THROUGH 4:30 PM...PASSING LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE
FOR LOCATIONS PRIMARILY SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 40 IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE LIGHT...WITH HOURLY RAINFALL RATES
BETWEEN A TRACE...TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH.
