AT 5 AM...A BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WAS DETECTED BY RADAR
ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA OVER INTO
WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS. SINCE 11 PM...A FEW LOCATIONS HAVE PICKED
UP BETWEEN A QUARTER AND A HALF INCH OF RAIN. HOWEVER...MOST
AREAS HAVE RECEIVED A LESS THAN A QUARTER INCH.

THROUGH 7 AM...THE BAND OF LIGHT RAIN...ON THE EAST SIDE OF AN
UPPER LEVEL LOW...WILL GRADUALLY SINK SOUTH AND WEAKEN WITH TIME
THIS MORNING. AREAS BETWEEN THE HIGHWAY 412 AND INTERSTATE 40
CORRIDORS WILL SEE THE STEADIEST RAINS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO A
FOUR TENTHS OF AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE...HOWEVER MOST AREAS WILL
RECEIVE A TENTH TO A QUARTER INCH.
