SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT
AROUND 30 MPH ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. RAIN SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WERE ALSO ADVANCING EASTWARD ACROSS
EXTREME SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA.

THROUGH 10:30 AM... SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
ADVANCE TOWARD THE EAST NORTHEAST ACROSS NORTHWEST ARKANSAS INTO
PARTS OF SOUTHWEST MISSOURI. ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS AND STORMS OVER
NORTHEAST TEXAS WILL PERSIST INTO EXTREME SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA.
AVERAGE HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF SEVERAL HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH...
