ADVANCING NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA... APPROACHING
WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS.

THROUGH 2:45 PM... SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA WILL PERSIST AND BEGIN TO AFFECT PARTS OF WEST
CENTRAL ARKANSAS. AVERAGE HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF A QUARTER TO HALF
OF AN INCH... ARE ANTICIPATED.
