ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

 * IN OKLAHOMA...OKMULGEE...TULSA...MCINTOSH AND HASKELL.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHWEST
   ARKANSAS AND NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA EARLY THIS MORNING...GENERALLY
   IN LOW LYING AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40 AND EAST OF
   U.S. HIGHWAY 75. CONDITIONS WILL QUICKLY IMPROVE AFTER 9 AM.

 * VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER
   MILE BY THE DENSE FOG...CREATING HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
