  MPH...STRONGEST WINDS OVER FAR NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.

* IMPACTS...SUDDEN WIND GUSTS CAN CAUSE DRIVERS TO LOSE
  CONTROL... ESPECIALLY IN LIGHTWEIGHT OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
