.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY THIS MORNING...WITH
INCREASING CLOUDS THROUGH THE DAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN
THE 60S ACROSS THE BLACK HILLS...AND IN THE 70S ACROSS THE PLAINS
OF SOUTH DAKOTA. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 35
PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA
EARLY TODAY...WITH NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH EXPECTED.
