.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL BE SUNNY TODAY WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES
IN THE 60S ACROSS THE BLACK HILLS...AND IN THE 70S ACROSS THE
PLAINS OF SOUTH DAKOTA. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 20 TO
30 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BE BREEZY OUT OF THE
SOUTH...ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.
