.DISCUSSION...CLOUDS WILL INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST TODAY...WITH
A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA IN
THE AFTERNOON. THE BEST CHANCES WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHWEST SOUTH
DAKOTA. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID 60S TO LOWER 70S.
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO 30 TO 40 PERCENT IN THE
AFTERNOON. SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 25 MPH
LATE THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON.

ORGANIC MATERIAL ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT DANGEROUS
BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
