.DISCUSSION...SKIES WILL BE PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY THIS
MORNING...WITH SOME CLEARING IN THE AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES
WILL BE IN THE 50S TO AROUND 60 DEGREES. WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS
OF 5 TO 15 MPH EARLY IN THE DAY WILL BECOME NORTHERLY AND
INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH DURING THE LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO 20 TO 30 PERCENT IN THE
AFTERNOON.

VERY LOW MOISTURE CONTENT OF GRASSES...AND OTHER DRY
ORGANIC MATERIAL ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT DANGEROUS
BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
