.DISCUSSION...A FRONT...CURRENTLY STRETCHED ACROSS THE UPSTATE...WILL
MOVE SOUTH THROUGH THE REGION THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND
GENERALLY WESTERLY AHEAD OF THE FRONT EARLY THIS MORNING...THEN SHIFT
TO NORTH BEHIND THE FRONT AROUND MID MORNING.  WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
BACK TO WNW DURING THE AFTERNOON AHEAD OF A DRY REINFORCING TROUGH
THAT WILL COME THROUGH LATE TONIGHT. EXPECT LIGHT W TO NW WINDS THIS
EVENING AND EARLY TONIGHT...THEN WINDS WILL SHIFT BACK TO THE NORTH
LATE TONIGHT BEHIND THE TROUGH. DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE
REGION FRIDAY...LEADING TO WINDS BECOMING LIGHT AND VARIABLE. NO FOG.
