FOR NOON. BASED ON THIS TREND WILL UPDATE THE FORECAST TO INDICATE A
MINIMUM HUMIDITY OF 15 TO 20 PERCENT FROM 3 PM TO 5 PM. HUMIDITY AT COHG1
IS ALREADY AT 24 PERCENT AND IT WILL CONTINUE TO DROP. HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS HAVE
MOVED INTO THE BURN AREA AND SKIES SHOULD REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY ALTHOUGH SOME
SUNSHINE SHOULD PENETRATE THE HIGH CLOUDS.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP THE BURN AREA VERY DRY TODAY. FUELS YESTERDAY
