HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE CENTERED NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR AND THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY INTO TUESDAY.  THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO BRING
QUIET WEATHER TO THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY WARM EACH
DAY AWAY FROM LAKE MICHIGAN...WITH VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
DURING THE AFTERNOON.  WINDS WILL REMAIN FAIRLY LIGHT...ALTHOUGH
MIXING WILL CAUSE SOME LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON WIND GUSTS
TO NEAR 20 MPH.
