CONTINUING ACROSS FAR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 50S TO AROUND 60 DEGREES. RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL ONLY DROP TO 40 TO 70 PERCENT IN THE AFTERNOON.
WINDS WILL MAINLY BE OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST AT LESS THAN 15 MPH.
