AFTER MORNING RAIN OVER EASTERN KANSAS...PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY
SKIES PREVAILED THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY. LATE AFTERNOON
TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE 70S.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION OVERNIGHT
ONCE AGAIN...AS AN UPPER LOW CONTINUES TO SPIN OVER THE CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN ROCKIES. STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS
EVENING...STRETCHING FROM NORTHEAST COLORADO...SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH
WESTERN AND SOUTH-CENTRAL KANSAS...INTO WESTERN OKLAHOMA. LOW
TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE 50S TO NEAR 60 DEGREES...WITH 40S
FURTHER WEST.

CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE FOR
SATURDAY...AS THE UPPER LOW VENTURES EASTWARD. A FEW SEVERE STORMS
ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS MIDDLE PORTIONS OF KANSAS INTO OKLAHOMA. HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB INTO THE 70S FOR MOST LOCATIONS.
