THE SLOW MOVING STORM SYSTEM FINALLY CLEARED THE AREA
TODAY...MAKING WAY FOR PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. BLUSTERY
NORTHWEST WINDS TOPPED 40 MILES PER HOUR THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
MUCH OF WESTERN NEBRASKA. HIGH TEMPERATURES WERE ABOUT 10 DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL AS MOST LOCATIONS RECORDED LOWER TO MID 50S.

AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES ONTO THE GREAT PLAINS...THE SKY WILL
FURTHER CLEAR OUT OVERNIGHT AND THE WIND WILL TEMPORARILY
LIGHTEN. LOWS WILL DIP BACK BELOW FREEZING FOR THE PANHANDLE AND
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA WHILE NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA WILL STAY IN THE
LOWER TO MID 30S.
