MPH ARE POSSIBLE ON THE BACK-EDGE OF THE RAIN SHIELD. OUTDOOR
OBJECTS VULNERABLE TO GUSTY WINDS MAY WISH TO BE SECURED. THE
GUSTY WINDS WILL TRANSLATE EASTWARD THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING
TOWARD THE ATLANTIC COAST.
