  • Public Information Statement (PNS) - This product is issued for many reasons. Some of these reasons include storm summary information (snowfall totals, rainfall totals, extreme temperatures, etc.), NOAA Weather Radio outages, and upcoming storm system notifications.
  •  Local Storm Reports (LSR) - The LSR is issued to summarize recent storm information. This includes information on snowfall, hail sizes, and winds. This information can be utilized to create KML products for GIS work.
  • Fire Weather Spot Forecast (FWS) - The FWS is issued as requested by area dispatch centers for a specific latitude and longitude so fire crews can prepare for their day. These forecasts are especially helpful concerning upcoming weather for the day, along with wind shifts and speeds. These topics can be crucial when dealing with the behavior of prescribed burns or wildfires.
