Most of the Missouri Ozarks and southeast Kansas experienced below normal precipitation and well below normal temperatures during February 2010.  While no daily records were set during the month...Joplin, West Plains and Vichy were all in the top 10 coolest Februarys.  Here are a few links of occurrances during the month...
