RSS Feeds...April 2010 Climate Summary...
April brought much above normal temperatures to the Missouri Ozarks and southeast Kansas with West Plains and Vichy reaching the top 10 warmest Aprils on record. Precipitation was on the lower side (see map below) with most areas experiencing below normal precipitaiton for the month. A couple of severe weather events with tornadoes impacted parts of the Missouri Ozarks during the later part of the month -- on April 24th and April 30th.
