MISSOURI AND ARKANSAS BORDER THROUGH 9 AM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

WIND CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES MONDAY
NIGHT THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY.

A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO
FRIDAY MORNING AS A STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.
