THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE COUNTIES SERVED BY THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

AN ISOLATED SEVERE STORM CANNOT BE RULED OUT THIS EVENING ALONG
AND NORTH OF A REFORM...TO FAYETTE...TO DOUBLE SPRINGS LINE. THE
MAIN THREAT WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS. THE BEST CHANCE FOR AN
ISOLATED SEVERE STORM WILL BE FROM 9 PM TO 3 AM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

THERE IS A THREAT OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...INCLUDING A RISK OF
DAMAGING WINDS...TORNADOES...AND HEAVY RAINFALL...ACROSS ALL OF
CENTRAL ALABAMA EARLY NEXT WEEK. THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT MAY
BEGIN AS EARLY AS MONDAY AFTERNOON...AND MAY LAST AS LATE AS
TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

THIS WEATHER SYSTEM IS STILL SEVERAL DAYS AWAY...AND REFINEMENTS
IN TIMING AND POTENTIAL THREATS WILL BE MADE IN LATER FORECASTS
THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK AND OVER THE WEEKEND.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT MAY BE
NEEDED ACROSS THE NORTHWESTERN COUNTIES THIS EVENING AND THEN
ACROSS ALL OF CENTRAL ALABAMA ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
