THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...EAST
CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

TONIGHT SOME LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGH
VALLEYS. GENERALLY LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED...BUT A COUPLE
TO A FEW INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE LIKELY OVER THE EASTERN SAN JUAN
MOUNTAINS. THERE IS ALSO THE POTENTIAL FOR A COUPLE INCHES OF SNOW
IN NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE SAN LUIS VALLEY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

AN UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM WILL TRACK ACROSS THE DESERT SOUTHWEST...
BRINGING A CHANCE OF RAIN OR SNOW TO MUCH OF THE AREA THROUGH
EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE AND THE SANGRE DE
CRISTO MOUNTAINS ARE FORECAST TO RECEIVE THE MOST SNOW...GENERALLY
5 TO 10 INCHES.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT MEET REPORTING CRITERIA FOR SPOTTERS WILL
BE LIKELY OVER THE EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS TONIGHT AND WILL BE
POSSIBLE OVER THE LA GARITA AND SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS AND
NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE SAN LUIS VALLEY.
