THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...EAST
CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AREAS OF FREEZING FOG WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN PLAINS
THIS MORNING.  AREAS OVER EL PASO COUNTY...AND LOCATIONS GENERALLY
NORTH OF HIGHWAY 50 WILL SEE THE FREEZING FOG THROUGH 9 AM.  REDUCED
VISIBILITIES AND PATCHY AREAS OF ICE WILL CAUSE DANGEROUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS THIS MORNING.

ISOLATED SNOW SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
OVER THE MOUNTAIN RANGES.  ANY SNOWFALL FROM THESE SHOWERS WILL BE
LIGHT...WITH ACCUMULATIONS LESS THAN ONE INCH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

THUNDERSTORMS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE LATE IN THE WEEK AND BECOME
SCATTERED OVER THE REGION BY THE WEEKEND AS A LARGE PACIFIC
WEATHER SYSTEM MOVES OVER THE REGION. SHEAR AND INSTABILITY WILL
INCREASE BY LATE IN THE WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND...AND A FEW OF
THE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE. ALL THUNDERSTORMS THAT DEVELOP
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
