* Until Sunday morning.
* At  2:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 15.2 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage Thursday morning...and continue
  rising to 16.3 feet Friday morning. Fall below flood stage Sunday
  morning.

* Forecast...Rise to 18.1 feet Friday morning. Fall below flood stage
  Monday morning.
* Impact...At  18.0 feet...Water overtops the East Dubuque Flats
  levee.

MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND DRIED VEGETATION WILL
COMBINE TO RESULT IN A VERY HIGH THREAT OF AGRICULTURAL FIELD
FIRES TODAY. THIS THREAT IS GREATEST IN THE AFTERNOON HOURS AND
PRIMARILY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80...WHERE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS NOT
OCCURRED OVER THE PAST WEEK.

AREA RIVERS ARE EXPERIENCING FLOODING. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST
