  The Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd.
* Until Saturday morning.
* At 10:15 AM Monday the stage was 19.5 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 14.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise to 24.0 feet Wednesday morning. Fall below flood
  stage Saturday morning.
* Impact...At  22.9 feet...Fairview Highway at the Wapsi Bridge is
  closed.

FLOOD STATEMENTS AND FLOOD WARNINGS FOR DETAILS.

STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND DRIED VEGETATION WILL
COMBINE TO RESULT IN A VERY HIGH THREAT OF AGRICULTURAL FIELD FIRES
TODAY. THIS THREAT IS GREATEST IN THE AFTERNOON HOURS AND
PRIMARILY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80...WHERE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS NOT
OCCURRED OVER THE PAST WEEK.
