ADDITION...FROST HAS FORMED ON AREA ROADS AND THIS WILL LEAD TO

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITIES UNDER 1/4 MILE AT TIMES IN DENSE FOG WILL
  LEAD TO HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION...FROST ON
  AREA ROADS WILL CREATE SLICK DRIVING CONDITIONS.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE

DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN AND
NORTHEASTERN IOWA. VISIBILITIES UNDER 1/4 MILE WILL COMBINE WITH
ROAD FROST...TO BRING HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. THE FOG IS
EXPECTED TO DISSIPATE THROUGH 9 AM. THE FROSTY ROADS WILL ALSO BE
FOUND OVER LOCATIONS THAT ARE NOT SEEING FOG THIS MORNING. ANY
ROAD WITH FROST, WILL BE SLICK.

RAIN AND A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. STRONG STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED. LATER TONIGHT...MORE
FOG IS EXPECTED TO FORM...AND DENSE FOG APPEARS POSSIBLE.

AREA RIVERS ARE EXPERIENCING FLOODING. PLEASE SEE THE
LATEST FLOOD STATEMENTS AND FLOOD WARNINGS FOR DETAILS.
