THE EASTERN IOWA TONIGHT. THE BEST CHANCE FOR SEEING THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE AFTER MIDNIGHT...AND NO SEVERE STORMS ARE EXPECTED.

AREA RIVERS ARE EXPERIENCING FLOODING. PLEASE SEE THE LATEST
