A FAST-MOVING STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION TONIGHT...
BRINGING A PERIOD OF LIGHT SNOW. MINOR ACCUMULATIONS OF A HALF TO
1 INCH OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS SOUTHWEST
OF SPRINGFIELD.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

VERY COLD AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY
MORNING...BRINGING THE POTENTIAL FOR A PERIOD OF WIND CHILL
TEMPERATURES NEAR 10 BELOW ZERO...WITH THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES
EXPECTED NORTH OF I-72.

A STRONGER STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING A BETTER CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING
SNOW SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT. THERE WILL BE A POTENTIAL OF A COUPLE
OF INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION WITH THIS SYSTEM.
