* AT 143 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  CROOKSTON...GENTILLY...HAROLD...PERAULT...DUGDALE AND MARCOUX.

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY ACROSS EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA AND ADJACENT PORTIONS OF MINNESOTA LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND
INTO THE EVENING. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE HAIL UP TO 2 INCHES AND
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS...AND PERHAPS AN ISOLATED TORNADO. HEAVY RAIN IN
A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

PERIODIC THUNDERSTORM CHANCES EXIST...BUT SEVERE POTENTIAL IS VERY
UNCERTAIN.
