THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

IT WILL BE BITTERLY COLD THIS MORNING WITH WIND CHILLS AROUND 25
BELOW FOR EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA INTO WESTERN MINNESOTA. LIGHT SNOW
WILL OVERSPREAD EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA THIS EVENING...THEN MOVE INTO
NORTHWEST MINNESOTA OVERNIGHT. A BAND OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE
BY FRIDAY MORNING. THERE MAY ALSO BE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW IN THE VALLEY OVERNIGHT. BE SURE TO CARRY A WINTER SURVIVAL
KIT IF YOU PLAN ON TRAVELING TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

AN ACTIVE WINTER WEATHER PATTERN IS EXPECTED FRIDAY THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. THE CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW WILL MAY TURN INTO MIXED
PRECIPITATION BY FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE RED RIVER VALLEY
SATURDAY NIGHT...AND SOME BLOWING SNOW AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS
MAY RESULT. BITTERLY COLD AIR WILL BE OVER THE REGION MONDAY
MORNING...AND THE MERCURY WILL FALL WELL BELOW ZERO IN ALL AREAS.

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS
EVENING TO NOON CST FRIDAY.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP NEAR FARGO THIS EVENING... THEN
  SPREAD EAST THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AND CONTINUE THROUGH
  FRIDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST WINDS COULD GUST TO 25 MPH OVERNIGHT...AND
  SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS POSSIBLE.

* VISIBILITIES...REDUCED TO ONE MILE AT TIMES.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 4 INCHES

* WIND CHILL VALUES...10 TO 15 BELOW TONIGHT.
