DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A RED FLAG WARNING HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED FOR THE RED RIVER VALLEY
AND SOME ADJACENT COUNTIES OF NORTHWEST MINNESOTA FROM 1 PM TO 7
PM CDT TODAY. THE RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR DRY
FUELS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AND GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS. EXPECT
SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH AND RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES TO FALL TO 15 TO 20 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON. THE
COMBINATION WILL MAKE FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

.THE COMBINATION OF SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS AT 15 TO 30 MPH...
LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AND VERY DRY FUELS WILL RESULT IN
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS INTO EARLY EVENING. THE RED FLAG
WARNING WAS EXPANDED INTO THE RED RIVER VALLEY AND PARTS OF
