EASTERN MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN...

.THROUGH 4 AM...MUCH OF THE ADVISORY AREA HAD ALREADY RECEIVED
2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED
THROUGH THE REST OF THE MORNING. A BAND OF 3 TO 5 INCHES OF
SNOW...WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS NEAR 6 INCHES POSSIBLE... IS STILL
EXPECTED SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM REDWOOD FALLS...TO MAPLE
GROVE...TO SIREN WISCONSIN. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF ACROSS MINNESOTA
BETWEEN 6 AM AND 8 AM AND ACROSS WESTERN WISCONSIN BETWEEN 8 AM

WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES NEAR 25 BELOW APPEAR POSSIBLE ON MONDAY
NIGHT AND TUESDAY NIGHT...MAINLY OVER WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA.
