CENTRAL MINNESOTA FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH 9 AM ON THURSDAY.
THE ADVISORY IS ALONG AND WEST OF A LINE FROM APPLETON TO ALBERT
LEA. NORTHWEST WINDS FROM 25 TO 35 MPH WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE
ADVISORY AREA AFTER MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING. A FEW WINDS GUSTS TO 45 MPH WILL ALSO OCCUR.
