* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* TIMING...AN AREA OF DENSE FOG WILL BE MOVING NORTH OUT OF IOWA
  THROUGH THE MORNING AND REACH THE SOUTHERN TWIN CITIES METRO BY
  7 AM.

* IMPACTS...LOW VISIBILITIES WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS.
