  NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...

* AT 248 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
  UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN BETWEEN THE
  TOWNS OF COLUMBIA AND FOSTER POND.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ST. LOUIS...CHESTERFIELD...BELLEVILLE...WILDWOOD...
  UNIVERSITY CITY...BALLWIN...O`FALLON...KIRKWOOD...
  MARYLAND HEIGHTS...EAST ST. LOUIS...COLLINSVILLE...
  WEBSTER GROVES...ARNOLD...MANCHESTER...CREVE COEUR...
  FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS...OVERLAND...CLAYTON...CAHOKIA AND SWANSEA.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 INTERSTATE 64 IN ILLINOIS BETWEEN EXITS 9 AND 19.
 INTERSTATE 44 IN MISSOURI BETWEEN EXITS 264 AND 277.
 INTERSTATE 55 IN MISSOURI BETWEEN EXITS 175 AND 191.

THIS ALSO INCLUDES  SCOTT JOPLIN HISTORIC SITE...ROUTE 66 STATE
