LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE
MORNING HOURS. CONDITIONS HAVE IMPROVED A BIT COMPARED TO LAST
NIGHT BUT OPEN LOCATIONS AND THOSE UNDER THE SNOW SHOWERS WILL SEE
VISIBILITY DISTANCES UNDER A MILE AT TIMES THROUGH THE MORNING.
SOME IMPROVEMENT WILL BE POSSIBLE BY AFTERNOON AS SNOW SHOWERS
COME TO AN END.
