AFTERNOON ACROSS WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA. PRECIPITATION MAY MIX WITH
RAIN OR SNOW AT TIMES. LIGHT ICE ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED.
FREEZING PRECIPITATION WILL DIMINISH LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS
